I am an LMFT licensed in the state of Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Kansas, Nevada, Missouri, Texas, and Tennessee with experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have an extensive background helping individuals who are facing anxiety, depression, relationship
concerns, life transitions, eating disorders, social challenges and identity exploration. My experience in various levels of treatment care (residential, day treatment, outpatient) offers me a well-rounded perspective of my clients and their struggles. I utilize various techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EFFT, IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness training. I am also trained in CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for trauma work. Now offering Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.
I aim at relational work focusing on communication and boundaries. I like to highlight what is going well, current struggles as well as what the client is looking forward to. I believe that integration of all these parts makes us feel whole and secure.
I do offer virtual therapy services for all states licensed in.
